My Journey in Natural Medicine
From an early age, I was immersed in the world of natural healing. Watching my mother practice cupping on family members and using traditional home remedies to care for me and my siblings, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of nature’s medicine. I also have fond memories of picking fresh fruits and vegetables from our organic garden—an experience that shaped my belief in the healing potential of the earth’s gifts.
This early exposure ignited a lifelong passion for alternative healing methods. I first stepped into the world of natural medicine through massage therapy, a practice that aligned perfectly with my growing spiritual exploration. It wasn’t long before my path led me to naturopathy, where I found a perfect blend of science, holistic healing, and a deep connection to the wisdom of nature.
For over 20 years, I have dedicated myself to learning, evolving, and expanding my knowledge in this field, continuously integrating both scientific research and spiritual insight. My approach is not just about treating symptoms—it’s about guiding each individual toward balance, vitality, and true healing.

About Plantessence Health
Plantessence Health was originally founded by Vickie Arthur in 2004 in NZ and later in Germany where she practised naturopathy and massage therapy, and also where she managed her own biodynamic medicinal herb farm producing high-quality teas.
​
Today in Australia, Plantessence Health has been rebirthed and restructured after its evolution to not only incorporate an evidence-based natural medicine practice, but also include a high level of spirituality: the essence of mankind, love, and especially self love.
​
The logo consists of 3 circles relating to the mind, body and spirit, all connected by one thread which all flow within the heart. The leaf represents plant medicine, and natural medicine in all of its entirety. Everything and everyone is connected.

CUA Health will provide members with a max of $100 Per annum for a single membership or $200 per annum for a Family membership for approved health management programs. CUA will make a payment to its members for the program and consultant fees only, not any products itself.
